ChemDepot is a chemistry-centric portal for COVID-19.

Open access is provided to chemical structures of the ligands and download of associated assay results. Ligands can be searched by structure by drawing queries into the gui, entering a SMILES string or dropping a structure file into the search field. It is also possible to find individual or a list of compounds by their CBCS ID or Batch codes.
